To ensure successful training, home-based training is only recommended for mild to moderate symptoms. That’s why we begin the entire process with a no-obligation phone consultation, during which you’ll receive all the necessary information and initial materials. Feel free to contact us directly.

During an initial appointment, we’ll conduct a detailed medical history review using questionnaires, various tests, and a qEEG recording. A brain map will be created, and based on this - in alignment with your training goal - a training plan will be developed. This appointment takes place in the heart of Munich at our partner’s practice, Philipp Heiler’s Neurofeedback Clinic. Private patients may be able to have their costs covered by their health insurance. This is immediately followed by an introduction and training session on the home training system.

After your appointment with us, you’ll be ready to conduct your first training session on your own at home. During the first 2-3 sessions, we’ll monitor your training to check signal quality and ensure proper execution, and we’ll be on hand to provide immediate advice and support if you have any questions.

From now on, you can conduct your neurofeedback training flexibly and independently at any time. Our recommendations for training frequency and duration are tailored entirely to your specific situation and individual needs and will be developed together with you during the initial appointment.

Every 10 training sessions, we’ll have a 15-minute phone call with you. During this call, we’ll discuss your training progress, provide you with a report on your past training sessions, and review any necessary adjustments to your training.

Upon completion of your training (usually after 3–6 months), we’ll conduct a final consultation upon request, and you’ll return all materials to us.
